UConn senior forward Emily Snodgrass, (Eagan) scored a goal and added an assist in UConn’s two games against New Hampshire which benefited from three points (1g, 2a) from Jonna Curtis, a sophomore from Elk River, in a weekend sweep of the Huskies.

Meanwhile, Providence College junior goaltender Allie Morse, of Cottage Grove stopped 29 of 30 Maine shots in 58:37 of play in the Friars’ 2-0 loss to the Black Bears on Sunday.

On the men’s side, UConn’s Spencer Naas, a freshman forward from Minnetonka, helped the Huskies to a 3-3 draw with a goal at Notre Dame Friday night. On the opposite bench was fellow freshman forward Jordan Gross of Maple Grove, who extended his point streak to eight games in racking up three assists in two games for the Irish against UConn.
