1929: Walter L. Bush was born on this date in Minneapolis, MN. Bush is widely known as the primary founder of the Minnesota North Stars but he additionall served as Manager to numerous U.S. National and Olympic teams from 1958-1964.
2002: NHL announced that the Minnesota Wild would host the 2004 All-Star Game.
