Heather's love for watching hockey started when the Minnesota Wild came to town in 2000. Before that, she caught a few Minnesota Moose games as a youngster, and more recently she's kept up with the Austin Bruins and Fargo Force. She's a writer, freelance journalist and blogger who previously worked as a news reporter in Austin and Fergus Falls, Minn. She enjoys watching sports and closely follows the Wild, Minnesota Twins, IndyCar Series, tennis and prep sports. Heather keeps up her sports blog Thoughts from the Stands. Kelly Grgas-Wheeler is the women’s hockey sports information director at UMD. In addition to those duties, the Duluth East High School graduate has also spent more than a decade as an assistant coach of the Bulldogs’ women’s soccer team.

Jonathan Watkins is a Twin Cities-based sports and portrait photographer as well as staff photographer for Minnesota Hockey Magazine. Jonathan does like to shoot a little bit of everything including his family and new grandson Callahan.

His client list includes Vail Resorts, Rogers Sports Net-Canada, MN Wild NHL Hockey Club and he has photographed/covered the Stanley Cup playoffs, USA Women's Olympic team, NCAA Frozen Four Ice Hockey Championships and many other college and high school sports teams.

Josh Levine is the founder and owner of the Fortis Academy, LLC., an athletic training and leadership development company that aims to help athletes become better leaders, athletes, and students. Josh is also author of Save Our Game: What's Wrong With Hockey Training Today and How to Fix It.

Nick is a Preps writer for the Minnesota Hockey Magazine. He also is a reporter for the Star Tribune sports hubs and a staff writer at the SB Nation Steelers site, BehindtheSteelCurtain.com.
