Matthew Davis is an experienced Sports Reporter and has covered Olympic, professional, collegiate and high school athletes for various newspapers and websites. He won a North Dakota Newspaper Association sports reporting award in 2008. He has a degree in Mass Communication from North Dakota State University.

Jordan lives his life on the ice. He plays hockey, refs hockey, and shoots photos at hockey games. When he's not at the rink, he's at home...watching and tweeting about hockey. Jordan has been taking photos "professionally" since his junior year of high school. He's had photos and articles published in many different news and sports media outlets throughout his ten years in the business. Jordan is a third year USA Hockey referee and he also just finished up his first year with the Minneapolis Hockey Officials Association as part of the MSHSL. Jordan also captains the Spitfires hockey team in the Adult Hockey Association. Jordan is unashamed of the fact that he still eats Pizza Lunchables.

Nicole Brodzik is a sophomore at the University of Minnesota Duluth where she currently serves as the Sports Editor for The UMD Statesman. Growing up in metro-Detroit she fell in love with the game of hockey at a young age and combining that passion with a hopeful future career in journalism only made sense. She’s written for The Statesman since her start at UMD two years ago, covering both the men’s and women’s NCAA Division I programs. She has also written for the Michigan Hockey Magazine, the Minnesota Wild as well as being a UMD correspondent for collegehockeynews.com.
